The satisfaction of our customers and patients is at the heart of everything we do. However, we at joimax are also aware of our social responsibility as a company and not only want to make a positive contribution to society with our innovative medical products, but also to the well-being of our employees with our, as they are the pillar of our success:

  • Supporting the “Planting Fruit Trees in Africa” project by providing free fruit baskets for our employees – we are proud to be able to contribute to the planting of around 200 trees per year!
  • Support for various aid projects
    • DAOS children’s aid project (support for disadvantaged children in developing countries)
    • Aktion Deutschland hilft (support for crisis worldwide)
    • Artemed Foundation (support for the “Street Doctors Bolivia” project)
    • Tafel Schwerin e.V. children’s food bank for the care of needy children
    • Samaritan’s Purse (worldwide medical aid and humanitarian missions around the world)
  • Health and safety at the workplace – implementation of a health-promoting working environment for our employees through ergonomic workstations, a pleasant office environment, flexible working hours as a contribution to work-life balance and occupational health management
