Our Advisory Board
At the beginning of 2006, joimax® founded an Advisory Board. This board advises the management team regarding strategic issues and long-term decisions.
Dr. Mathias Hothum (chairman of the Advisory Board)
is owner and Managing Director of HMM-Consulting. Furthermore he is Managing Director of dievini Hopp BioTech Holding GmbH & Co. KG – Advisors in Health Sciences. As part of the dievini team he is dedicated to controlling and strategic planning of the portfolio companies. Dr. Hothum received his diploma in Economics from the University of Mannheim and did his PhD at the University of Magdeburg. He has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of healthcare and life sciences.
Dr. Ing. Peter H. Grassmann
was appointed board member by the shareholders due to his specialization. The physicist was spokesman of the executive board of Carl Zeiss in Oberkochen and Jena and chairman of the board manager of the medical technology sector of Siemens AG. To date he is working as a consultant in the field of medical- and biotechnologies, in business ethics and CSR, for cooperations and professional associations. His various board mandates include a seat in the Advisory Board of the German Environmental Foundation.
Dr. Hans Christoph Tanner
is CFO and Member of the Board of Cosmo Pharmaceuticals SpA in Lainate, Italy. The banking and finance economist has worked for over 20 years for the financial service company UBS in leading positions in Zurich, Madrid and Los Angeles. He holds several Supervisory Board mandates within companies of the medical industry. Since 2011 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of DKSH where he chairs the Audit Committee. Dr. Tanner obtained his doctorate in economics from the University of St. Gallen.
Dr. Peter Görlich
started working in senior positions in various hospitals since 1995 right after his studies of sports science at the University of Heidelberg. Having done his PhD he studied hospital business and took over the management of Simssee clinic in 2003. Starting in 2006 he turned the ATOS Clinic Heidelberg into a profitable medical service center. In 2009 Dr. Görlich was appointed CEO of Ethianum Clinic Heidelberg, having a leading impact on its concept and realization. Moreover, he is Managing Director of MWOC GmbH.
