Territory Sales Manager West.
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for developing leads and driving capital sales of joimax
endoscopic systems and recurring disposable sales. This position requires execution of a capital sales
process/methodology. TSM will achieve regional sales and product mix budget through direct sales
efforts, lead follow up, and distributors; support surgeon education and training with the clinical
education team; represent joimax® and its products in a positive and professional manner to patients
and health care professionals at all times. This position may report to a Regional Sales Manager and/or
Director.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Implement sales strategies, tactics, and programs as per market and as directed by management.
- Convert surgeons to joimax® endoscopic systems and products and close system sales in target facilities.
- Recruit, hire, train and manage distributors to represent the joimax® product line in the assigned territory.
- Sustain a high level of communication with the clinical education team to ensure timely, high quality education and training on joimax® techniques and products for surgeons and health care providers.
- Review monthly year over year sales performance and forecasts for the region and utilize information for corrections or on-going account management.
- Support spine conferences, workshops and other marketing events as needed or as directed by management.
- Operate effectively within the defined territory and within expense budgets.
- Assist in guiding customers and distributors in developing and growing territory and user base.
- Direct management of distributor network in territory (stocking and non-stocking distributors)
as well as developing new distributors.
Required Skills & Qualifications (minimum requirements):
- A minimum of 3 years successful direct sales experience in the medical device industry particularly within the spine market. Experience in capital equipment sales preferred with experience in selling spine hardware a must.
- Experience developing a distributor network desired.
- Possess a good understanding and application of professional selling skills required.
- Ability to support cases with surgeons in an O/R setting utilizing joimax® system knowledge.
- Ability to use a PC to prepare spreadsheets and documents to support territory and planning,
and record keeping. - Ability to communicate joimax® information in a clear, concise manner to management and customers.
- Ability to handle and resolve employee and/or customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal direct supervision.
- Promote and propagate a strong "customer first" attitude.
- Ability to work in a home office environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with significant overnight travel required.

Service Technician
Overview of position:
The Service Technician will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and performing repairs on surgery devices and equipment. All repairs shall be completed to the highest quality and safety standards per established procedures and/or manuals. This role will work closely with the Operations, Warehouse & Logistics and Customer Service departments to ensure proper coordination, planning and implementation of all service and repair activities.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Test and measure finished products, components, or devices for function, operation, and accuracy to verify adherence to functional specifications according to established procedures and as directed by Supervisor and/or manufacturer
- Troubleshoot, and adjust or repair, finished products, components or parts. Disassemble defective parts and components and install or connect new or replacement components per established procedures and/or manuals
- Generate and file all test and validation reports, including scrap data, per established procedures
- Coordinate the handling of customer returned product and/or damaged goods; investigate inspection protocols and basic contract provisions with respect to product warranties
- Record and report on findings; Provide interpretive commentary and analysis as necessary
- Provide input to statistical analysis for Quality meetings, process or product evaluations, and product qualifications as directed by Supervisor and/or manufacturer
- Provide input for preventative and corrective actions program (CAPA) with regard to product design, process control and continual improvement.
- Help administer the master repair list for Technical Service to track repair codes, pricing, training and relative information; assist Customer Service in selecting proper codes and pricing as needed.
- Partner with manufacturer and internal procurement teams to identify need for repair supplies, components or special equipment; monitor inventory levels of Technical Service supplies for accuracy and replenishment
- Maintain Technical Service department and equipment to 6S lean methods (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety)
- Assist the warehouse team with any warehouse-related actions as needed (picking, packing, shipping, receiving, cleaning, inspection, cycle counts, other)
- Support management by performing projects and other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
- Provide support all other departments as needed.
Skills & Qualifications (minimum requirements):
- Bachelors Degree in mechanics, electronics or engineering
- Minimum 1-year recent working experience as mechanic, electronic, engineering
