Indications for Percusys® Plus Screw-rod system
joimax® Percusys® Plus screw-rod system can be used for surgical correction of various types of spinal diseases. It is designed for temporary stabilization until formation of a bony fusion. The pedicle screws can also be cemented for long-term stability in osteoporotic vertebral bodies. Regular monitoring of the affected spinal column segments is essential after an osseous fusion procedure.
Indications
The joimax® screw-rod system is intended for posterior, non-cervical pedicle fixation for the following indications:
- Degenerative disc disease
- Spondylolisthesis
- Trauma (i.g. fracture, dislocation)
- Spinal Stenosis
- Curvatures (i.g. scoliosis, kyphosis, and/or lordosis)
- Tumor
