Our Advisory Board
At the beginning of 2006, joimax® founded an advisory board with four members. This board advises the management team regarding strategic issues and long-term decisions.
Verena Eisenlohr, LL.M.
presides the advisory board and represents the investors of the company. The lawyer and partner of the law office Rittershaus in Mannheim is specialised in company law and advises several companies within the sector of medical- and bio technology.
Dr. Mathias Hothum
is owner and managing director of HMM-Consulting and received his diplom degree in Economics from the University of Mannheim. He went on to do his doctorate at the University of Magdeburg. For the past 20 years he has gained experience as a health economist in the sectors healthcare, health service and life sciences.
Mathias Hothum is managing director of dievini Hopp BioTech holding GmbH & Co. KG – Advisors in Health Sciences. His focus is on controlling and strategy planning of portfolio companies.
Dr. Ing. Peter H. Grassmann
has been selected to the the advisory board by all members as a specialist. The physicist was chief executive of Carl Zeiss in Oberkochen and Jena, and manager of the medical technology sector of the Siemens AG.
Dr. Hans Christoph Tanner
is CFO and Member of the Board of Cosmo Pharmaceuticals SpA. The banking and finance economist has worked for the finance service provider UBS in a leading position, and holds several supervisory board mandates within companies of the medical industry.
