Our innovative system for spinal surgery is based on the TESSYS® technology, a method developed by joimax® which comprises a gentle, successive and guided procedure for the removal of herniated discs. Here, the foramen is enlarged by means of a specially developed reamer in order to make room for the nerve. The technology is based on the “Seldinger-Technique”, a guiding wire is positioned through a needle, by means of which instruments are inserted stepwise into the spinal canal.

In order to cover every area of minimally invasive surgery, the TESSYS® technology is currently being broadened by:
